Clinical Nutrition

There is no single “right” way to eat. The constant stream of information coming in from multiple channels can make healthy eating seem overwhelming, oppressive, or even abusive. We do not believe in using fear or shame as a motivator - these are not only harmful but also highly ineffective tools for creating lasting change. The lifestyle changes that will have the greatest long-term impact on your health are the ones that comes naturally, without force or coercion. Our job is to help you find the simple changes that provide the most leverage in creating transformation.

In your Clinical Nutrition session, we will use your daily habits as a starting point to create a routine that will help you achieve your health goals. Our patients are often surprised to learn that just a few simple shifts can create a large impact. The degree to which we decide to change your diet and lifestyle will depend on many factors, taking into account your preferences and personality, so that you are put in the best possible position to succeed.

Depending on your goals, we may determine that you need additional personal coaching with food shopping and preparation, which is a service we can provide in-house.
